Minor Identification Policy
For most standard piercings, apart from ear lobes, our age requirement is 14 and up with a parent/guardian, or 18 and up by yourself. If you are 14-17, you and your parent/guardian will both need to have valid, not expired, state or federally issued ID's; as well as the minor's birth certificate. If you are 18 and up, you will just need a valid and not expired state or federally issued ID with you.
Any kind of genital/nipple/dermal piercings are 18+ with no exceptions.

​​Birth certificate of a minor is required by law. All names must match from the state issued identification to what is on the birth certificate. If there has been a name change, the legal documentation verifying where the change occurred is required as well. Documents such as: adoption records, guardian records (marriage certificate), or court documents (divorce decree) will be copied in addition to abide by this law.
